The process
We have developed a simple and very effecient process that means we are able to design and build you a website quickly and efficiently.
1. Consultation
We start by asking you a number of questions about your business and your site's requirements to work out the basic site structure (e.g. a news section, brochure pages, FAQs etc.). Then we talk to you about the visual requirements; preferred colours, your existing logo, typefaces and so on.
2. Content
You then provide all the text and pictures for the site. This is a big part of the job and we will remind you about pieces of content you may not even have considered (e.g. Site Terms of Use, Privacy Policy etc.) to make sure we have everything we need before stage 3.
3. Build
We use the information provided in stage 1 to create the structure and look of the site, and the content from stage 2 to create the actual pages.
4. Launch
Congratulations - you now have a website! From now on, the site is in your control: you can edit existing pages, add new ones, upload pictures; even create whole new sections.
Message Lite sites are designed to be simple to maintain. We provide training so non-technical staff can update the site - its about as hard as learning to use email.
But if you do have problems we also provide three months of free technical support via email and telephone, as well as access to our comprehensive help pages - all included in the price!
